• 1 LB 99% Lean Ground Turkey
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Celery Sticks
  • 10-15 Baby Carrots
  • ½ a White or Sweet Onion
  • 1 TBS Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBS Onion Powder
  1. Place garlic, celery, onion, carrots in food processor until paste like consistency
  2. Heat a sauté pan with 1-2 tbs olive oil on med-high heat and add contents from food processor (season with salt, garlic powder). Cook 10-15 minutes stirring every couple minutes until all water has evaporated. Set aside and cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 400, line a baking sheet with foil and non stick spray
  4. In a bowl, mix ground turkey and all ingredients (make sure to season with salt and pepper) and form 10-12 meatballs on baking sheet
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes then carefully turn meatballs and bake other side
  6. Heat broiler while meatballs are still in oven, move them to the top rack, and broil 1-2 minutes on each side until they brown and serve (make sure thermometer read 165 degrees)
